Commonly asked question: What do I do when I get "Invalid Interview Session" error?
Answer: With the recent update of Google Chrome to their cookies policy, some of our users are not able to complete their interviews and get an "Invalid Interview Session" error. We're now in the process of fixing this and will update all users as soon as possible. In the meantime, we suggest you use Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge browsers which have not been impacted.
Both of these browsers can be downloaded for free simply by googling them. If, however, at the end of the interview process once you hit Finish a prompt appears asking you to select LEAVE or STAY, you must press LEAVE to continue.
