This is an ongoing issue we're experiencing upon creating the company in CAS 360 after 7 days that it was created in LYD. As per IT's explanation, CAS 360 provides the token that creates the company in their system. The token provided is good for 7 days from the company is completed or registered. Within the 7 days, the company should be created in CAS 360. Past the 7 days period, we have to obtain a new token to create the company in CAS 360.
Kindly follow the steps below to fix the error:
1. On your Menu, under My Integration, disconnect from CAS 360.
2. Reconnect again to CAS 360.
3. Kindly inform me that the above steps are done by sending an email to email@example.com. This is for us to clear the error on our end.
4. Kindly wait for the email response that the Company is ready to be created in CAS 360.
